In this short video you will see how to use the Berkeley Life Nitric Oxide Test Strips. It takes less than 1 minute to test, yet offers critical information about the health and status of your blood vessels. Before testing make sure you have not eaten or taken any fluids for at least 15 minutes. Then simply gather a pool of saliva on your tongue and hold the testing pad in that saliva for 5 seconds. Then press the 2 ends of the strip together for 10 seconds and you have your result. Match it to the color code on the bottle to see your nitric oxide level in your blood stream.
