Rahna Rehman

Introduction

After 20+ years of having worked within the NHS (Based in U.K), I have extensive medical expertise across diverse medical and surgical specialties, including surgery and intensive care. I soon realised the limitations of seeing the body as isolated organs and additionally having to wait till situations were so bad, to be able to help my patients. I retrained as a Generalist, hoping this would allow me to practice preventitive medicine and take a 'Whole-Person' approach. After practicing as a NHS GP (U.K) for 15 years, I shared the frustration of my patients, who wanted more solutions then drugs for their concerns. Driven by my commitmet to excellance, I added further to my tool box and obtained specialist status in Anti-Aging, Functional, Metabolic and Regenerative medicine in the U.S. During this journey, I unfortunatly ran into my own health problems. My personal journey highlighted the gaps in conventional medicine. It is only through the use of integrative medicine, I was not only able to detect my cancer earlier, but also recover from the complications of the treatments that came with it. This is why I am so passionate about what I do and inspired to help others achieve the same. Whether you’re seeking to enhance vitality, navigate ongoing health challenges, need solution for hormone imbalances or optimise your lifestyle for longevity. I will empower you with personalised solutions to get to the root cause of your concerns and achieve your personal goals.
