Select a score from the grey boxes and register your score in the right-hand column and total it. 

 

Modifiers:

Rate your score

  • Perfect Score = 75
  • Excellent = >60 
  • Good = 50 - 59
  • Poor = 40 - 49
  • Danger = <40

Select 3 of the answers above where you scored poorly and begin to make small changes to improve. See the “Sleep Hygiene” article for ideas on how to improve your score. Make a conscious effort to truly cultivate the skill of sleeping. Your body knows how and wants to get into deep sleep . . . how are you getting in the way?
