Chia Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

Full-Fat Coconut Milk  ¾ cup
Pumpkin Puree  3 tablespoons
MCT oil (optional)  1 tablespoon
Loose Chai Tea  1 teaspoon
Vanilla Extract  1 teaspoon
Pumpkin Pie Spice  ½ teaspoon
Avocado (fresh or frozen)  1/2

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients but avocado to the blender and blend until smooth. Add the avocado and blend until broken apart. Serve with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top, if you’d like.
