Chia Seed Porridge

Chia Porridge

Ingredients

Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream | 3 cups
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries | ½ cup
Chia Seeds 3/4 cup
Liquid Stevia 15 drops
Ground Cinnamon
 ½ teaspoon
Coconut Flakes  for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes, until completely smooth. Pour the mixture into one large or four small containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let it gel. It will keep in the refrigerator for at least 5 days.

2. When the porridge is ready, it will be thick and creamy. It can be eaten cold, but it tastes a lot better, and is more satisfying hot. Microwave on high for 1 minute, take it out, and stir.
