Coconut Cream Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Full Fat Coconut Cream | 2 cans
Unsweetened Coconut Powder| 3 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract | 2 teaspoons
Stevia | 2 teaspoons

Directions

  1. Place the 2 cans of coconut cream in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Once cooled, pour cream into a large bowl
  2. Beat with an electric beater for 5 minutes
  3. Add the coconut powder, vanilla extract and stevia. Beat for another minute
  4. Keep in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
