Collard Green-Turkey Club Wraps
Ingredients
Collard Green Leaves | 2
Organic Sliced Turkey Breast | 4 slices
Bacon | 4 slices
Swiss Cheese | 1 slice
Shredded Cabbage | ½ cup
Primal Kitchen Mayo | 2 tablespoons
Directions
- Use knife to remove thick stems from collard greens
- In the middle of each leave, layer 2 slices turkey, 2 slices bacon, and 2 half slices of cheese. Spoon ¼ cup of the slaw across each leaf, add mayo.
- Roll into sandwiches
