Lemon Chicken with Baby Spinach

Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts | 2 pounds
Baby Spinach | 5-ounce bag
Garlic, minced | 6 cloves
Avocado Oil | ¼ cup
Juice from Lemon | 1 lemon
Parsley | 1 tablespoon
Basil | 1 tablespoon
Pepper | ½ teaspoon
Salt | ½ teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a crockpot except spinach. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add spinach the last 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
