Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Chopped mixed vegetables of your choice: brocolli, carrots, onion, mushroom, carrot, bell pepper, cauliflower 
  • Grapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Seasonings of your choice:  salt, garlic, pepper, thyme, rosemary, italian seasonings 

Instructions:

Place all vegetables on a cookie sheet. Pour 1-3 tbsp oil on vegetables, or until lightly coded. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Add seasonings. Place vegetables in oven for 25-30 minutes
